Chicken quesadilla's are impossible to beat! Some of the best I've ever had! Service is usually quick, workers are always friendly. I keep coming back every time I travel through the cedar valley!

Yummy! You build your taco, burrito or quesadilla. Really delicious meats or veggies and a nice selection of salsas.

Second time of having Pablo's and I will be going back if I'm ever on Main St. The food is very fair priced, and extremely good. The workers were pleasant to work with while ordering. They answered all questions easily and even recommend an extremely good combo for my burrito. I will be going again.

Quick service good food

I've been going there for years but, sometimes the new hires don't drain the beans thoroughly enough and I end up with a slopping wet mess sometimes they just dunk the salsa spoon in the juices (gathering no ingredients) and just make it worse. I've thought about going elsewhere many times as this seems to be a regular occurrence among most employees. It's gets the bag wet, gets all over your car and your clothes. Mind you this is on days they're dead. They just don't take the time to make a quality food item. Unless you get either of the managers as servers, I wouldn't recommend eating here. Also many times I've ordered an extra side and-- paid for it but didn't entirely receive it, instead just a handful as they mostly do not use the basket measuring system in place by the managers. The chicken is tasteless and the steak isn't any better. The salsa is always a hit though.

Great salads and burritos. A lot of people love their quesadillas. Normally you have a choice of 8 salsas.

If you’re a local, you know Pablo’s is far superior than Pancheros. There’s a reason they’ve been open for 16 years.

I’ve been going to Pablo’s for over 11 years and it’s never changed. The same friendly atmosphere, fresh veggies, rice, meat, cheese and salsas. Absolutely unbeatable.

Best burritos around. I eat there once a week. Amazing sauces and fresh food. You get to watch your good be made right in front of you as well. Friendly staff and very chill place to catch a bite. I recommend the chicken burritos. There my favorite.

Best place to eat in Cedar Falls period. Their salsa's are awesome!! Big portions. Come hungry, leave satisfied every time.

The food is always good, but the service is almost always poor. The employees seem to have poor attitudes, like they'd rather be anywhere else.

I’m not trying to be mean because the place was okay. The staff seemed decent, but the food was about as bland as you can get. The portions are large and it’s truly an overstuffed burrito, but to call this a “Mexican Grill” is a stretch. Just because they have salsa doesn’t mean it’s Mexican. The rice was bland and tasted like it was just boiled with no seasoning. I had a chicken burrito and if you had made it for me without me knowing what was in it, I wouldn’t have been able to tell you it was chicken. This was literally some of the most tasteless and bland food I’ve ever had. Again, nothing against the staff because they seems fine. Overall the place was clean but the food was just blah.

Pretty sure the positive reviews are made up by the owner.... Its a giant tasteless bland burrito. The salsas were good, I'll give them that. But thats about it.... I imagine the only reason this place is open is drunk college kids eating after bar close.

The portions are gigantic, the garlic sauce is fantastic & the staff is friendly and helpful.The best part is that they're open until 2am.Love it here

The burritos here are so perfectly delicious! The portion is so big I couldn't even finish it. The steak was seasoned beautifully! Well worth the price.

Some of the best Mexican food in the Cedar Valley! They have great homemade salsas that are great with any of there meats. My favorite is the lil burritos they have! It’s nice to get a small options for burritos.

Biggest/best burritos in CF. Specialty salsas are always a treat too! Workers are always generous and chill.

Fresh salsa creations are always good. I feel like staff could use a higher wage, and sour cream should be free on a $9 burrito.... But hey, that's just like, my opinion man.

The whole menu is good, but I especially recommend quesadillas. The salsas offered are some of the best you'll get anywhere in Iowa and are prepared fresh in the backroom. There will always be at least 9 different options for salsa depending on the season too.
